On October 6, 2022, learners, facilitators, staff, and families from iLEAD Antelope Valley Studio gathered to celebrate the learning that had taken place on their campus over the previous weeks. Learners from 8th grade all the way down to TK participated in the DreamUp to Space Experiment Design Challenge. Their mission was to learn the fundamentals of space exploration including the international space station, microgravity, scientific experimentation, and proposal writing. They used this knowledge to answer an exciting question, “If you could send up an experiment to the International Space Station, what would you send?”
