Meet the DreamUp Team: Emilina Walker

Emilina Walker is a thirteen year old eighth grader at SCVi’s iEAD Exploration. Emilina enjoys reading, drawing, doing archery, and watching television. Her favorite book is “The Book Thief” by Markus Zusak — she loves the characters, setting, and the plot. Emilina is also fond of animals, especially the maned wolf (if you haven’t seen one of these, we encourage you to look it up!)

In what ways has the DreamUp to Space Launch Team experience influenced or inspired you?
“It has inspired me to be more outgoing and be more enthusiastic towards my goals.”

Who do you look up to and why?
“One of the people I look up to is my older brother, Marcus, because he always has a positive attitude towards things and looks for the next thing he can do whether it be a project or something he can do to improve.”
